Firm’s Livingston Office and Retail Properties are Home to Three Suburban Essex Magazine Contest Winners

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Feb. 28, 2017 – Eastman Companies, the Livingston-based commercial real estate owner, developer and manager, has announced that three of its tenants are recipients of Suburban Essex magazine’s “Best of Essex Reader’s Choice Awards” for 2016. Ike’s Bagel Café, Wine Legend and Sobel & Co., LLC were voted winners in the publication’s annual contest, which is open to all New Jersey residents 18 years and older.

Ike’s Bagel Café, a family-owned and operated bagel shop and caterer, placed second in the Best Bagels category. Wine Legend, which is also family-owned and carries an extensive selection of wines, spirits and craft beers, was awarded a Silver in the Best Wine & Spirit Store category. Both businesses are located at The Fresh Market Shoppes at the Livingston Circle, 277 Eisenhower Parkway in Livingston.

Sobel & Co., a regional public accounting and consulting firm whose offices are at Presidential Center, 293 Eisenhower Parkway in Livingston, won a Best Accountant Bronze award.

Suburban Essex, which annually gives Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in each of more than a dozen categories, announced the 2016 winners in the magazine’s Winter issue. Readers were invited to vote in as many categories as they wished, and nominated businesses were encouraged to actively campaign for votes.
